The Rev. Dr. Anna Carter Florence
Peter Marshall Associate Professor of Preaching
Columbia Theological Seminary
Dr. Florence is interested in historical, theological, aesthetic, and performative dimensions of preaching and the ways preaching engages other fields and different traditions. Her research focuses on testimony, feminist theology, the role of experience in preaching, and the history of preaching women.
Dr. Florence holds a Ph.D. and M.Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary and a
B.A. from Yale University. She is a pastor in the Presbyterian Church (USA).
The Rev. Dr. Stanley Olson
President, Wartburg Theological Seminary

Presiding Bishop Mark Hanson describes Dr. Olson as " awise theologian and collegial administrator." In his ministry as parish pastor, seminary professor, synod bishop and churchwide executive, Dr. Olson has consistently asked how we serve the free course of the gospel and lift up the vocations of all the baptized.
From 2005-2010 Dr. Olson was Executive Director for Vocation and Education on the ELCA churchwide staff, and from 2002 to 2005, he was executive director of the ELCA Division for Ministry. He served as bishop of the ELCA Southwestern Minnesota Synod from 1994 to 2002. He served as senior pastor of Our Savior Lutheran Church, New Ulm, Minn., and associate pastor of First Lutheran Church, Duluth, Minn. He also was an assistant professor of New Testament at Luther Seminary, in St. Paul, Minn. Dr. Olson holds a BA from St. Olaf, MDiv from Luther Seminary, and PhD from Yale.
The Rev. Keith Anderson
Pastor, Redeemer Lutheran Church

Pastor Anderson is co-author of the forthcoming book Click2Save: The Digital Ministry Bible (Morehouse 2012), a hands-on guide to using social media in ministry. He blogs about social media, spirituality, and church at pastorkeithanderson.net.
He first felt called to parish ministry at the age of 17. He graduated with a B.A. in Religion and Philosophy from High Point University (NC) in 1996. He attended Harvard Divinity School where he earned his Master of Divinity degree in 2000, and The Lutheran Theological Seminary in Philadelphia here he earned a Master of Sacred Theology degree in Lutheran Studies in 2002.
Pastor Anderson spent his summer 2008 sabbatical on contemplative spirituality with an emphasis on the spirituality of daily life. He chairs the New England Synod Continuing Theological Education Team and serves on the Synod Communication Team and Synod Assembly planning group.
