The Rocky Mountain Synod wishes to assist congregations, boards, committees, the Synod Council and the officers of the synod in working in full partnership with people of color or primary language other than English in the life of the synod. The RMS works along with the ELCA Commission for Multicultural Ministries to provide resources for all the entities of the synod to address specific needs and respond to community needs.
