If you would like to offer your special abilities by serving on one of the committees below, please contact your RMSWO president, Ina Anders.

Minute Review and Approval
Duties:

• Review the board minutes
• Correct errors
• Submit corrections to the secretary within two weeks following the meeting
• The secretary will then submit minutes to the entire board for approval

Financial Review
Duties:

• Assist treasurer by reviewing report prior to each board meeting
• Interpret the financial condition of the RMSWO
  Engage a qualified auditor to audit the books prior to fiscal year end
  The secretary will then submit minutes to the entire board for approval

Convention Planning Committee
Duties:

• Assist the board in selecting a convention site, keynote speakers, housing arrangements
• Prepare & present progress reports at each board meeting

Duties:

• Assist the board in selecting a convention site, keynote speakers, housing arrangements
