Need Committee Chairperson for the Convention
Would you be willing to be considered Chairman for one of the following committees? The Board Liaison for these committees include:
a. Nominating Committee; TBD
b. Committee on the Report of the President; TBD. Is handled by the Committee on the Report of the President, this report is received by virture of the presentation and is not acted upon. Recommendations attached to these reports would constitute main motions and are acted upon accordingly.
c. Committee on Credentials; TBD 
d. Committee on Reference and Counsel; TBD
e. Committee on Minutes; TBD
f. Committee on Conduct of Elections; TBD
g. Committee on Claims; TBD

Reports of Convention Committees
These reports are presented by the committee chairperson at the specified time in the agenda. The role of each committee is to provide information, review reports or resolutions referred to them, and formulate recommendations to the convention, if appropriate. Convention committee recommendations constitute main motions and are acted upon accordingly. Please contact the board member on whose committee you would like to be considered as Chairman.

Delegate Responsibilities
a. Elect Officers and board members. Nominations will be accepted from the floor. Such nominations must be presented in writing to the Secretary. Nomination forms will be available from the Secretary or a Page. You must have the permission of the woman being nominated before submitting a nomination.
b. Adopt the Budget for 2012, 2013-2014
c. Act on recommendations and resolutions as presented.
d. Serve on convention committees as appointed by the President.
