is guest speaker
Sara Olson-Smith serves as a pastor in the New Jersey Synod of the ELCA. Currently on leave from call, she previously served at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in North Plainfield.
Pastor Sara grew up in Littleton, Colorado and served on staff at Rainbow Trail Lutheran Camp for four summers. She graduated from the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago in 2006, going to Moscow, Russia, for her internship. She is passionate about Christ's call to service and global justice and is convinced that no matter who we are, God will gift us to do God's work in the world.
Registration Information
Registration Opens November 1, 2009. $99/person.
$110/person if postmarked between November 16 and December 11.
Registration deadline extended until Friday, December 11. This is the absolute deadline for registering your group, although you are able to substitute names, within gender groups, after this date.
Note: There are no refunds to an individual or congregation once you have registered. Travel subsidies are available for those traveling more than 250 miles one-way to the event, and the cost is a deterrent to participating. Contact Kim Sandfort or Linda Staats for more info.
This year the Crowne Plaza will not permit rollaway beds in the rooms. Since an adult and up to four youth are assigned to each room, sleeping bags and mats are welcome.

Online registration will be available on this webpage on November 1.
Your online registration is not complete until your check has been received at the Synod office. Once your registration has been received you will be emailed a confirmation. All mail-in registrations will be processed by the RMS office.
You must register one adult (21 years or older) for every four youth of the same gender.
