NURSERY CARE
We are happy to provide nursery assistance for children age 5 and
under only. Children 6 and older should seek alternative child care.
Please be sure to pack snacks, drinks or meals for your child for the
time that they will be in the nursery.
We are unable to keep children in the nursery for longer than 4 ½ hours
at a time. We will be able to keep a child for one of the following time
slots each day.
Friday 8:30 -11:30
OR
Friday 12:30 - 5:15
OR
Friday 5:30-9:00
Saturday 8:30-12:30
OR
Saturday 1:30-6:00
Please mark nursery needs on the registration form.
MEALS INCLUDED
Meals included are lunch and snacks both Friday and Saturday. Dinner on
Friday will be included for anyone who registers for Friday night or for
the entire conference. Please note any special food needs (such as food
allergies, gluten intolerance, or vegetarian) on the registration form.
SPONSORING CONGREGATIONS
If you are a member of Joy Lutheran, Parker, Our Saviors Ft. Collins,
Lord of the Hills, Centennial, Holy Love, Aurora, First in Longmont, or
Bethany Lutheran, Cherry Hills Village, please DO NOT register online,
but instead register directly with your pastor or youth director.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Scholarships are available to help cover registration, hotel and/or
transportation. |
