Registration Information

FULL REGISTRATION 
Full Registration includes three nights lodging at the Little America Hotel, all program and facility costs, gratuities, travel equalization, two evening meals, two lunches, three breakfasts, and breaks. 

  • Single:  $550
  • Double:  $400

PARTIAL REGISTRATION
Please select this option if you are interested in attending only part of the conference and also need lodging.  You will be able to choose which days you would like to attend and which nights you need lodging.  If you choose a double room, you must have a roommate who is also staying those same nights.  

  • Monday:  $35 for opening reception, dinner, and worship
  • Wednesday & Thursday:  $70/day, lunch and breaks included
  • Lodging: Single- $111/night; Double- $60/night

COMMUTER REGISTRATION 
For those attending the conference but do not require lodging. You will be able to select which days and meals you are interested in purchasing.

  • Monday:  $35 for opening reception, dinner, and worship
  • Tuesday  and Wednesday:  $70/day, lunch and breaks included

ROOMS
Available rooms are single and double. 

ROOMMATES
If registering for a double room you must make arrangements with a roommate prior to registering. All roommates must list each other mutually. If you do not yet have a roommate, please contact Maria at the Office of the Bishop.

SPOUSES/PARTNERS
If both attendees are  attending the entire event, each should register as a "double room" and list each other as a roommate.  If a spouse or partner is coming to the event but is not a full participant, the primary registrant should register as a SINGLE, and will have the opportunity to add a reduced registration/meal plan on for the spouse/partner ($125).

ALLERGIES AND MEAL NEEDS
If you have particular food needs, please submit that information where indicated in the registration process. We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions.  Mini-fridges are located in each room if you wish to bring along any food you may need to supplement.   

CHILD CARE
We are working to find someone to offer childcare for those that need this.  Please contact Erin at the Office of the Bishop if you will need child care.

 

Additional Conference Options

Optional Events this year:

Lutheran Family Services Advance Care Planning Optional Sessions
2 different sessions will be offered as optional sessions.  Participants are welcome to attend either or both sessions.  Natalie Deville from LFS-RM will also have a display table for more information and conversation if you are not able to attend these sessions.  
Session 1:  Monday, 2:30-4pm:  Advance Care Planning For You and Your Family.  This session will present information and answer questions around various aspects of advance care planning such as living wills, power of attorney, etc.  This is geared towards your own planning.
Session 2:  Tuesday, 8:30-9:30am:  Advance Care Planning:  Engaging the Conversation in your Congregation.   This session will provide resources and answer questions to equip you to open this conversation in your own congregation/ministry setting.  

PRE-CONFERENCE GOLF SCRAMBLE
More details will be available soon, but the scramble will take place Monday afternoon.  Cost is $25, includes green fee & cart rental, and can be added through your registration.   Club rental is available on-site.

BISON RANCH TOUR AND DINNER
Tuesday night dinner is on your own.  You are invited to join us for a train tour and burger feed at Terry Bison Ranch.  Cost is $28

INTENTIONAL INTERIM PASTOR GATHERING
Pastors serving as intentional interims will gather on Thursday beginning at lunch and ending with dinner.  There is no cost for this gathering, but interim pastors should add this to their registration so we can anticipate numbers.

 REGISTRATION
