Voting members and visitors will select ONE workshop or excursion to experience stories and ponder images of the Word on Friday afternoon, May 28.
Voting members and assembly visitors will have the opportunity to "Experience the Word" in a variety of ways through workshops at the hotel or excursions into the city.
Focusing on our "Book of Faith," those attending the assembly will discover the many ways that scripture comes alive and how Christ comes alive through word, image, and story. You will make one selection of a workshop OR excursion.
Those attending from each congregation are to intentionally select a range of different workshop and excursion choices.
You will want to be in conversation with others attending so you do not make the same selections. Choices will become more limited as capacities are reached for the various options.
Many of the excursions require extensive walking, and they are clearly indicated.
