Congregation and Leadership Health

Whether in congregations, in chaplaincy settings or other service providing institutions supporting the church's mission, a healthy and vibrant ministry is often the function of the health and strength of our pastoral and lay leaders. 

This board, newly reconstituted, will seek to identify, if not provide, resources and structures that enhance the spiritual, emotional,  and physical well-being  of those called to leadership roles in our ministry sites and communities, and thereby promote the faithful ministry we are called to in our Baptism.
