The Cluster Administrator is responsible for serving as the board contact for all Cluster Coordinators.  The Cluster Administrator coordinates and provides training for the Cluster Coordinators.  In addition, the Administrator shares information about any pertinent board decisions with the Cluster Coordinators and reports the activities of the units and clusters back to the RMSWO board.

The Women of the ELCA Rocky Mountain Synod are organized into geographical groups in order to help facilitate the sharing of information and activities between neighboring units.  

The geographical boundaries of clusters are comparable to the conference boundaries drawn by the Rocky Mountain Synod.  There are currently 10 clusters including:

• Colorado West - including portions of the western Denver Metro area and stretching all the way west to the Utah border.
• North Colorado - including areas of Colorado north of the Boulder area and east of Metro Denver
• Boulder - including areas of Colorado around the Boulder Metro area
• Metro East Colorado - including the majority areas within Metro Denver
• South Metro Colorado- including the southern areas within Metro Denver
• Southeastern Colorado - including areas of Colorado south of the Denver Metro area and east of ??
• North New Mexico - includes New Mexico north of  I-40
• Sun - includes New Mexico south of I-40 and El Paso, TX
• Utah - includes all of Utah
• Wyoming - includes all of Wyoming

Each cluster within the Rocky Mountain Synod is represented by a cluster coordinator.  Primary duties of the cluster coordinator are to act as a liaison between women within the clusters and the RMSWO board.  Each cluster organizes at least one annual event of their own choosing in an attempt to bring women in the cluster together.
