Children's Ark
In-kind donations are being accepted for Children's Ark of Green Mountain Falls, CO.

Children's Ark is a not-for-profit residential child care facility just outside of Colorado Springs that serves children who are beyond parental, educational, and community control. These adolescents, aged 10-18, have typically been placed at Ark by County Departments of Social Services. 

Needed items: 
  • Socks
  • Girl's underwear
  • Boy's boxer shorts
  • Winter hats/gloves
  • Decks of playing cards
  • Board games
  • Deodorant
  • Comb
  • Shampoo
  • Towel/washcloth
  • Toothbrush/toothpaste.

New Beginning's Prison Ministry
In-kind donations are being accepted for New Beginnings Women's Prison Ministry at the Denver Correctional Facility in Denver, CO.

New Beginnings is an ecumenical ministry of Christian Care at the Denver Women's Correctional Facility.  

The Ministry program at New Beginnings Church includes:

  • Worship

  • Forgiveness Classes

  • Bible Study

  • Pastoral Counseling

Future programs to include:

  • Pre-release Programs

  • Aftercare Programs

TESSA
In-kind donations are being accepted for TESSA,(formerly known as The Center for Prevention of Domestic Violence) offers a wide variety of prevention, intervention, and treatment services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, and limited services to offenders. TESSA stands for Trust, Education, Safety, Support, and Action.

  • Gift certificates to Grocery and Discount stores (in $25 or smaller increments)
  • Gift certificates for family recreation
  • Full size deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, and toothpaste
  • Other personal care items
  • Diapers
  • Baby Wipes
  • New Baby Supplies

Please bring your items to the Garden of the Gods fundraiser on Friday.  A representative from TESSA will be picking up the items there. THANK YOU!!
