One copy is distributed free to every congregational unit, cluster coordinator, current board members, pastors who request one, the bishop, and Women of the ELCA churchwide staff.

Copies are also sent to individuals and groups who subscribe. Many congregations have subscriptions for each of their circles, officers of their women's board, and new members of their congregation.

| Publication Dates |
The newsletter is published six times annually:
- January/February (Arrives mid-February)
- March/April (Arrives mid-April)
- May/June (Arrives mid-June)
- July/August (Arrives mid-August)
- September/October (Arrives mid-October)
- November/December (Arrives mid-December)

| Subscription Expirations |
Expiration dates are printed after each person's name and circled if it is the last issue of the subscription to be mailed. Please make a note of that date and renew before the next issue.

| Submission Deadlines |
Letters and articles of interest to the RMSWO may be submitted to the editor no later than the 15th of the first month listed in the pair of months. Articles should be typed or legibly hand printed on one side of paper and should contain the author's name, address, telephone number, and name and city of home congregation.

| Editorial Privilege |
The editor reserves the right to ensure not only readability, but grammatical accuracy, and may elect to publish any article in a later issue.
