Congregation U

“CongregationU” is a learning and development hub for churches—a place (real or virtual) where congregations, church leaders, laypeople, and volunteers come together to grow in faith, leadership, community, and mission. It’s designed to help congregations not just survive, but thrive spiritually, relationally, and missionally.

Core purposes of CongregationU:

• Leadership & formation — equipping pastors, lay leaders, and volunteers with skills in ministry, worship, pastoral care, strategic planning, and congregational vitality.
• Faith formation for all ages — supporting spiritual growth for children, youth, adults, and families with resources for worship, education, and community life.
• Community building and mutual support — strengthening relationships within the congregation, encouraging shared ministry, collaboration, and care.
• Mission & outreach — helping congregations discern their calling in their local context, respond to community needs, and live out their faith in action.
