Christ in the Rubble Book Study

Join us for learning and conversation around Christ in the Rubble by the Rev. Dr. Munther Isaac, a Palestinian Lutheran pastor and theologian who serves the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hope in Ramallah (ELCJHL).

Across four Zoom sessions, we’ll reflect on Christian responses to the ongoing genocide in Gaza and the West Bank—our own, the world’s, and those of Western churches—and discern how we might accompany those affected and advocate for justice and healing in Palestine/Israel and here in the U.S.

You are invited to please order and read the book and plan to participate in as many of the four sessions as possible via zoom on these Tuesdays in February and March, 7–8 p.m. MT: Feb. 3 and 17, March 3 and 17
