November 1–7: Join Bishop Meghan Johnston Aelabouni and the Rocky Mountain Synod for a powerful week-long Border Immersion experience in El Paso, TX, and Juarez, Mexico. Participants will hear firsthand stories of immigration from local Lutheran congregations, engage with Border Patrol and immigration lawyers, visit social justice ministries, and explore life in border communities known as colonias. The trip includes worship and fellowship with Cristo Rey and Milagro de la Frontera congregations.
Cost: $600 (travel to/from El Paso not included)
